SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT (TOURIST STAY) Parties This agreement is made between: Elena Cagnoni (hereinafter “Landlord”), based in Ravenna, Italy, email: elenacagnoni@yahoo.it and Mr./Ms. __________________________ (hereinafter “Guest”), born on __________________, ID/Passport __________________, email __________________________, address __________________________ Property The Landlord rents to the Guest the property located in Ravenna, Italy, at: Address: __________________________ The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including kitchenware, accessories and bed linen. Rental Period Check-in date: __________________ Check-out date: __________________ The property is rented exclusively for tourism purposes as a temporary stay. The agreement automatically ends on the check-out date. Price and Included Services Total rental price: € __________________ Cleaning fee: € __________________ The price includes: Electricity, water, gas Air conditioning and heating Wi-Fi Security Deposit A security deposit between €200 and €500 (or 15% of the rental amount) is required. It will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection of the property. Payment Terms 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days before arrival Payments are made via bank transfer: IBAN: __________________________ Use of the Property The Guest agrees: to use the property only for residential/tourist purposes not to sublet or allow additional guests without authorization not to host parties or events not to smoke inside the property Care of the Property The Guest must: keep the apartment clean and in good condition leave the kitchen clean and dishes washed at check-out Any damage must be reported immediately and will be the responsibility of the Guest. Check-in and Access Access to the property will be provided via instructions (keys or codes), which are considered as official handover. Liability The Landlord is not responsible for: loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings interruptions of utilities beyond their control If a safe is provided, it is used at the Guest’s own risk. Issues and Complaints Any issue must be reported as soon as possible during the stay, so it can be resolved promptly. Governing Law This agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Ravenna, Italy. Final Provisions This agreement represents the full understanding between the parties.
