Applicable only to direct bookings made through this website
These terms apply exclusively to bookings made directly through this website.
Bookings made through third-party platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, are governed solely by the payment, cancellation and refund policies provided by the platform used at the time of booking.
Payment
Direct bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment of the stay using the payment method indicated during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
If the guest cancels the booking:
for cancellations communicated up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded;
for cancellations communicated less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be due.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email.
The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which the communication is received.
No-show and early departure
In the event of no-show, late arrival, early departure or voluntary interruption of the stay, no refund will be provided, either in whole or in part.
Changes to the booking
Any request to change the dates of the stay is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by the property.
Acceptance of a change request remains at the sole discretion of the property.
