The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the property.

By accessing and using the pool, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms:

The pool is used at the guest’s own risk.
The owner declines any liability for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the pool.
Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
The owner assumes no responsibility for the supervision of minors.
Diving is strictly prohibited, as well as running, pushing others, or engaging in unsafe or negligent behavior in the pool area.
It is forbidden to bring glass objects, alcohol, or drugs into the pool area.
Guests must not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Guests are advised to shower before entering the pool and to avoid using oils, creams, or other substances that may affect water quality.
Guests confirm they are in good health condition suitable for using the swimming pool.

Use of the pool constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
