La casa è situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i più importanti monumenti di Ravenna.L'appartamento è bellissimo, cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, living spazioso ed accogliente, camere ampie e molto silenziose. Il tutto arredato con gusto ed eleganza.Elena è stata reattiva ad ogni nostra richiesta.Quindi nel complesso un'esperienza superpositiva.

Elana’s penthouse is awesome. Who doesn’t like a private elevator that stops at both levels (2 & 3). The furnishings are new and comfortable. The appliances are in good repair and easy to use. The laundry facilities are superior with an American style dryer. The beds are very comfortable.The location is perfect. 15 to 30 minutes walking got us to every site we wanted to see. 10 minutes ‘flat terrain’ walking to the train station. The sites (mosaics) are spectacular. Lots of good restaurants nearby.Elena is a super host. She went well above the norm to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we need.We highly recommend her penthouse and will try to stay here again next time we come to Ravenna.

Wir hatten erneut einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Penthouse in Ravenna – es war bereits unser dritter Besuch! Der Blick auf die Basilica Santa Maria in Porto ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da es in der Nähe hervorragender Restaurants liegt und man die Stadt bequem zu Fuss erkunden kann. Unsere Kinder, 11 und 16 Jahre alt, haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt, da jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hatte.Das Penthouse ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und obwohl einige Bereiche etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind und eine Auffrischung gebrauchen könnten, ist die Gesamtatmosphäre sehr angenehm. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der direkte Zugang mit dem Lift in die zweistöckige Wohnung, was den Aufenthalt noch bequemer macht.Danke für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt Elena. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne, detailreich eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern unterwegs, die es sehr genossen haben, ihre eigenen Bereiche zu haben. Die 3 Bereiche können mit Türen abgetrennt werden für viel Privatsphäre. Man könnte sicher auch gut als 3 Pärchen dort übernachten. Sehr zweckmäßige Küche, toller Ausblick. Außerdem waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Wij reizen nu ruim 10 jaar door Italië en dit was het beste bed waar ik ooit tijdens mijn vakantie op gelegen heb! Alles in het appartement van Elena is picobello voor elkaar. In de woonkamer een ruime goed zittende bank, 3 ruime kamers met balkon, 3 uitstekende badkamers en heel veel ruimte. Super voor ons als gezin van 6 met oudere kinderen. Overal was over nagedacht, alles functioneert naar behoren. Ik begreep wel dat de kinderen op de dag van aankomst liever in het appartement bleven dan gelijk de stad in te gaan.
